Sounds like you may have an enlarged lymph node. they are common, and under the arm, they are non-specific. You probably have an infection, or are coming down with something.
I've had these, and my sister has them ALL the time.
Check for a lump under your arm. It may be hard to find, but if you find a small painful lump, than that is probably what's up.

umm no that has nothing to do with it. thats just pain in the arm take some tyenl and then go see doctor then its all good
