how do i get the snapshots for grand theft auto san andreas?

When you take the right picture it will tell you if you got it or not. I would suggest bying the san andreas guide/strategy book, it will help you alot!! that's what i did, it tells you where you can get all the snapshots, it tells you exactly where to stand & take the shot. That book tells you where to get all the tags, how to do all the side missions & all the other stuff that are very usefull & can get you 100% completion of the game. When you take the snapshot, the picture that you have taken will freeze for like 3 sec & during those 3 sec it will tell you that you got it done. I'm not exactly sure what it tells you but it will tell you something, i haven't played the game in like 7 months now so i can't remember. Btw that game is my #1 game of all time!

You need to obtain the camera and then use it like you would any other gun. Here's a list of places where the camera can be found- LOS SANTOS: -Inside CJ's room SAN FIERRO: -In Foster Valley loading docks (picture) -Near the entrance to SF Airport - in a grassy area -Mission Hill - at the parking lot across tower (where you find the Photo Op) -In the front door of the Golf Club in Avispa -In an enclosed alley between Archwheels Shop and Clucking Bell (picture) -In front of the Burger Shot in Garcia -In a corner inside the train station across CJ's garage in Doherty -At the very end of the Basin dock near Export ship -Garver Bridge on the left side (coming south from Tierra Robada; picture) -Inside building in Downtown (with the Photo Op of the Helium Structure) -In alley west of the save house in Chinatown -A short walk south of the Calton Heights save house (in front of a garage) -Behind the Donut shop in Juniper Hill -Behind the church near Calton Heights (where you find a Photo Op) -On top of the parking structure in Esplanade East (picture) LAS VENTURAS: None found Edit- When you successfully take a photo op, you will know because a message will pop-up telling you how many you have taken.

To take snapshots in GTA San Andreas you will have to find a camera of course, lol.. I know there is one in CJ's original house (where you start out) go up stairs to find it and and then just start taking pictures! Once you take a shot, it will ask if you want to save it so hit yes and it will be there. ;-)
