I have several you can choose from: Enjoy your day off school cream cheese onion spread 8oz cream cheese 1/4 C instant dried onion flakes 1/2 C mayo 1 ts seasoning (zatarains' creol, garden, or emeril, etc) and mix all, let sit in fridge for a few hours, for flavor. Serve with crackers. Cucumber dip 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & diced 1/2 C sour cream 2 TB green onions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 TB fresh dill, chopped 1 ts lemon juice salt & pepper to taste Combine all & mix well. Chill & serve. serve with crackers. (I like quite a bit of salt with anything that has sour cream on or in it) pkgs cream cheese, softened 1-8 oz ctn. sour cream 4 green onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. Virginia baked ham, chopped 1 can chopped green chiles, drained 1-4 oz jar chopped pimentos, drained 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese pepper to taste garlic powder to taste Stir together cream cheese, sour cream and the rest of the ingredients. Pour in a 9" x 13" baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers. Serves 12-15. Dill Dip 8 ounces of sour cream 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill weed 1 teaspoon grated onion 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Haha, lucky bum! I wish I could stay home today. Here's a simple one cause it's just two ingredients. Though you may have trouble getting one of them. Kamaboko + cream cheese. Kamaboko is fish cake, hot pink on the outside, white on the inside, in a long semi-circular bar. It can be bought at any Asian market. Anyhow, chop that up as tiny or as large as you like with a couple tablespoons of cream cheese. You can choose how much of each you like to get the consistency you want. It's yummy stuff! If not that, cheese and a slice of apple work nicely on each cracker. I know it's not a dip, but it tastes good!

Cream Cheese Dip 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese - softened 3 teaspoons minced onion 3/8 teaspoon garlic juice 6 Tablespoons milk 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3 dashes pepper 3 dashes paprika Mix together, chill and serve with crackers or chips. You can add to this recipe and add some crab, some clams, some deviled ham, its pretty versatile!

Provided you're not allergic, my mom used to make this for us around the holidays so now I do almost every year. Take a normal sized dinner plate, smear cream cheese out on it about a half-inch thick. I usually end up using one of those foil wrapped blocks per plate. Then, cover the top of that with a fairly thin layer of cocktail sauce. Once that is done, throw some shrimp on there and start dipping. It's way better than it sounds so give it a try.

It isn't dip, but I put any kind of cheese on ritz crackers. Also, there should be a recipe on the back of the box.
