My Fiance is Vietnamese and was divorced last year. She has a dissolution agreement.?
In order to apply for a Marriage License in California, we need to present proof of dissolution of her prior marriage in Vietnam. Will they accept that document in Vietnamese or do we need to get it translated to English and if so, who can translate it?
